  • Do you take insurance?
    Yes! I am in-network with Aetna & Blue Cross Blue Shield. I can file in-network claims on your behalf. Want to use insurance, but your plan isn't listed? If I am out-of-network with your plan, I can provide a "superbill" receipt for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Be sure to ask your insurance company whether your plan includes out-of-network benefits for mental health care and what percentage you can expect to be reimbursed for sessions. I use the following billing codes: 90791 (intake) and 90837 (55 min follow up).
  • What are your self-pay rates?
    $200 intake. $180 follow up. Sessions are 55 mins.
  • Good Faith Estimate Notice
    Notice to clients and prospective clients: Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimated range of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost range of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
