Overcome Insomnia with CBT-I

I am passionate about helping others find relief from insomnia using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), a first-line, evidence-based treatment for insomnia disorder. This effective therapy typically spans 4 to 6 sessions, depending on your individual goals. Research shows that CBT-I is beneficial whether you are on or off sleep medications.
